Dr. Ngozi C. Ohaya

Dr. Ngozi Chidinma Ohaya is an accomplished educator, teacher leader, researcher, and advocate with a commitment to advancing inclusive education and creating equitable opportunities for all learners. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) with a specialization in Teacher Leadership.

Her professional and academic work is grounded in the belief that every child deserves access to a supportive, inclusive, and high-quality educational environment. She is particularly passionate about inclusive education, special education, teacher leadership, collaborative teaching, and evidence-based instructional practices that support students with diverse learning needs.

Dr. Ngozi Ohaya is the author of Evaluating Effective Co-Teaching Strategies in Inclusive Classrooms, a published work that examines effective approaches to co-teaching and collaboration in inclusive educational settings. Her work highlights the importance of empowering educators with practical strategies that promote meaningful participation, academic achievement, and inclusion for students with disabilities.

As an education professional and advocate, she is committed to strengthening the capacity of teachers, families, schools, and communities to support individuals with disabilities. Her passion for education aligns closely with the mission of the Ellen Olusola Caulcrick Foundation, particularly its commitment to education, training, advocacy, inclusion, and empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve greater independence and fulfill their potential.

Through her scholarship, leadership, and service, Dr. Ohaya seeks to contribute to a society where individuals with disabilities are respected, included, empowered, and given the opportunity to thrive.
